1. Ticket Purchase Policy

Non-Refundable Tickets: All tickets purchased online are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued if you do not attend the event.

Ticket Transfer: Tickets can be transferred to another person. Please contact us for assistance.

Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to the purchaser.

No Liability for Non-Attendance: The Company is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused if you fail to attend the event.

2. Use of Website & Services

Ticket Purchase Confirmation Disclaimer (for checkout page)

By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge that:

The Company is not liable for any loss if you do not attend.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled;

You are responsible for attending the event;

Tickets may be transferred to another person but cannot be refunded otherwise;

Subscription & Ad Placement

To unsubscribe, email us from your company email info@jndentertainment.uk and include your payment details.

One month’s subscription will be withheld.

Your ad will appear immediately on our website and at the next event on the stage LED screen, tickets, and event flyers.

If you cancel before an event, your logo will still appear on the event flyer, as designs are planned in advance.

We reserve the right to reject any advertisement, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Food, Drink, Health & Dress Code

Food & Drink: Food and drinks at the event are not included in the ticket price. All allergy information, ingredients, and related details will be clearly displayed at the buffet. Guests with specific health conditions should avoid consuming food or drinks that may affect them.

Alcohol: Hard alcohol sold at the bar counter is strictly subject to legal age limits. Please carry valid identification if you intend to purchase alcohol.

Dress Code: Any specific dress code requirements will be communicated well in advance via the event website or flyer. Guests are expected to comply with the dress code as per the party’s theme or event guidelines.

Use of Logo – Terms & Conditions

The J&D Entertainment logo is the exclusive property of J&D Entertainment and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No individual or organisation may use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or publish the J&D Entertainment logo in any form or for any purpose without prior written permission from J&D Entertainment.

Requests for permission to use the logo must be submitted in writing to:

Any unauthorised use, misuse, alteration, or misrepresentation of the logo may result in immediate withdrawal of permission (if previously granted) and may lead to legal action, including claims for damages and other remedies available under law.
